GlazeByte Digitech respects your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy is to inform you of our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use, disclosure, and protection of information that applies to our service, as well as your choices regarding the collection and use of information and how this affects you relevant to the usage of SUGAM App.

GlazeByte owns SUGAM App which is for registered users (known as members of the community) of community (known as society or sahkari sanstha or cooperative society in India) who is willing to take services of GlazeByte.

Unless otherwise noted, this Privacy Policy applies to all of our Services with respect to the SUGAM App usage.

Information We Collect

SUGAM App is a service that allows community and its registered members to manage service requests and to list various community relevant information like Bylaws, Circulars, Notices.

The access of the SUGAM App is restricted to the community members only will be enrolled by the Community Admin. A Community cannot access information of another community.

In order to access SUGAM App by community’s authorized members, we ask your information like community, name, phone, address, community membership number, membership date etc. which is accessible to your community admin. For example, in order to utilize our Services, you must submit your mobile phone number, your membership number to your Community Admin while creating an account.

Information You Provide

Your Account Information. To create a SUGAM App account, you must provide your phone number as well as basic information (including your community membership number). You will be unable to establish an account to utilize our Services if you do not give us with this information.

Your Service Request. You can select service request category, input description and click photo to support your service request. Your provided text description and photo are stored in server and used to provide requested service by your community admin. Image from your mobile phone’s image gallery or your mobile phone’s stored contacts or any stored data and logs and location information of your mobile phone is not accessed by the SUGAM App and is not stored in server.

Third-Party Service Providers.

SUGAM App is using third party SMS services which is used for one time password, your request notifications etc. for which applicable DLT registration has been done by GlazeByte Digitech.

How We Use Information

We use information we have to notify your community admin about your service requests and notify you to inform status update for your service request. SUGAM App also uses your information to send notification about your community related information which is selected to notify you by your community admin.

Safety, Security, And Integrity. Safety, security, and integrity are an integral part of our Services. We use information we have like mobile number to verify your authorization to use SUGAM App within your community. All terms and conditions applicable to your community is bound to the usage of SUGAM App by you.

No Third-Party payment service. We still do not allow third-party to process any payment on our service. We will update this Privacy Policy before start processing purchase on our platform.

Information You and We Share

You share your information as you use and communicate through our Services, and we share your information to your community admin.

Children

SUGAM App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18 as users of SUGAM App will be registered by your community admin based on your community’s statutory regulation. In the event you become aware that an individual if a minor under the age of 18 has enrolled without parental permission, please advise us immediately.

Removing Your SUGAM App Account

Your SUGAM App account can be removing by your community admin only. We do not remove or modify any of your information stored in our servers. To remove your account, you need to contact your community admin. You may install or uninstall SUGAM App as and when required by you.

Important Note: While your community admin removes your account from SUGAM App, all your data might be retained for legal and community reasons.
